2. No Liability for Post-Sale Damage
Once a marble product leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damages, alterations, or issues that arise during handling, transportation, or installation. Marble is a natural material that requires careful handling; any cracks, chips, or other damage caused after purchase will not be covered by our company.
3. Inspection Upon Delivery
For products delivered to your location, it is essential that you inspect the product immediately upon receipt. In the event of any noticeable damage or defects at the time of delivery, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. Failure to report damages within this time frame will result in the product being deemed acceptable as is, and no further claims will be entertained.
4. Product Variations
Due to the natural characteristics of marble, variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected. Each marble product is unique, and while we strive to provide accurate representations through our marketing materials, the final product may differ slightly from samples or images. These natural variations are not considered defects and will not be grounds for return or exchange.
5. Customization and Special Orders
For custom-made or specially ordered marble products, a non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable after completion, as they are made specifically to your specifications.

Improper care, cleaning with harsh chemicals, or exposure to extreme conditions may result in damage, which is not covered by our company.

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe transportation and proper installation of the product. Any damage that occurs during transport or installation is the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend using professional services to handle your marble items to prevent accidents.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
We do not offer any warranties, either express or implied, for our marble products beyond the initial inspection upon sale or delivery. Natural stone is subject to aging and environmental factors, and while durable, marble can wear down over time if not properly maintained.
9. Legal Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use, transportation, or installation of the product. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product fits the intended space and use before completing the purchase.
